CRIA has a fleet of self owned and managed service staff and vans/tow trucks, supported by an associate network of 6238 workshops, covering 3840 towns, across 490 districts of 28 Indian States and 7 union territories. CRIA guarantees 180 minutes response. Services include on-road minor repair, towing for vehicles that cannot be repaired on-road, assistance with obtaining fuel, replacement of punctured tyres, lock-out assistance, jump-start service, maps and route guidance. Some services are provided under the flat annual fee, although other services are offered at an additional expense.

History
In 2014, CRIA formed a partnership with the Automobile Association of Upper India. In January 2015, the company received its first round of funding by consumer centric venture fund Sixth Sense Ventures, floated by former IDFC Securities' managing director and its co-head of research Nikhil Vora.
Technology
CRIA has developed an in house software called "Yantra" - a web based software with an on time access on a worldwide basis, that helps the company live up to service standards.
